My approach to wedding photography
Freeze a moment, capture an emotion, a smile or a tear.
To tell the story of such an important day, for you and your loved ones.
That’s the essence of what wedding photography is in my opinion.
To frozen and posed photos, I prefer the beauty of a real moment.
In summary : group photos in an onion row, it's not my thing ;-)
Of course, that will not prevent us from making a little couple session ! When the end of the afternoon brings us its soft lights, it will also be an opportunity to offer you a moment of calm before the evening.
My style of photography is akin to reporting. At the heart of the action, I will put all my heart into documenting your day.
My work will take on all its meaning at the end of my service, when I will deliver the book and the final gallery to you.
One goal : to immerse you at leisure in the memories and emotions of your day, through photos with a timeless aesthetic.
So that I can carry out my mission of photographer of your wedding, I will have to be fully immersed in your day. My approach
As I told you above, I offer to be more than a "simple service provider".
Before the wedding, we will get to know each other over a drink or a coffee (or by Skype, if you are far from the Alpes-Maritimes).
You can ask me any questions you can think of and we will talk about organizing your wedding day.
I will use my experience with weddings to advise you and draw your attention to details that may be important.
My goal on this first date is to take some of the stress out of planning your wedding.
The details of the making of your film and my role on D-Day will be clear to you, we will have removed all your doubts.
Most importantly, after our discussion, we will know if we can get along well and we can consider what happens next.
Also before the wedding, I will suggest that we meet again for a couple photo shoot.
We will go for a walk in a nice place, at a time when the lights are soft.
During this session, we will finish getting to know each other and you will start to get used to my camera.
And then the long-awaited day will arrive : your day!
We'll have the details sorted out in advance, you won't have to worry about me.
I will make sure everything goes well, I will be discreet when necessary.
You can count on my calm and my kindness to help you live a wonderful day.
Finally, you will receive your wedding photo book and the digital gallery.
You will dive back at your leisure into the memories and the emotions of one of the most beautiful days of your life.

Can you shoot photos AND make the film of our wedding ?
Yes, I am a photographer! It was actually my mastery of photography that I developed before I became interested in video.
Photography and film making appeal to many common notions : composition, light management…
On the other hand, in terms of gear and technical skills, these are two very different worlds.
It is possible for me to do both. But doing both perfectly is impossible, first and foremost because the key moments in a wedding only happen once. If you want me to do the video and the photos, we'll discuss whether your movie or photos take priority.
